I hate my family sometimes. After two days they drive me bonkers.

Tonight I wanted to bake a Butter Pecan cake, but the nearest store did not have cream cheese frosting. And to me, Butter Pecan cake is not the same without cream cheese frosting. Instead, I found that buying a can of vanilla frosting and two 8-oz circle containers of philedelphia cream cheese and whipping them together until smooth tastes like a very creamy, very delicious cream cheese frosting....
